This package covers its all-complete service from start to finish. We work with you on the entire planning process, analyzing your needs to determine your budget, locate the right venue, introduce you to our trusted vendors and tailor your event adding all your special touches that make your event unlike any other.

  • Initial consultation meeting with the couple to determine the current status of their planning, and help us understand your vision
  • Unlimited phone consultation during normal business hours and unlimited email consultation from four weeks out through the day of your event
  • Vendor Recommendations- We will customize this to fit your style and budget. We will provide you with suggestions and guidance to make the final selection
  • Assistance in determining the budget
  • Review of Budget
  • Access to Planning Software: Detailed Checklist, Timelines, Guest Spreadsheets and so much more!
  • Site visit to reception and ceremony- As needed 
  • Giving direction in regards to set up and break down on your special day
  • Handled all the logistics of your vendors
  • Review of Contracts 
  • Assist with hotel accommodations and negotiating room rate blocks
  • Up to 5 meetings whether it be planning or design during the planning process
  • Advice and assist with Menu Selection
  • Assistance in creation boards from the ceremony through your reception
  • Assist with selection and design of save the dates, invitations, stationery, and place cards
  • Final appointments with your scheduled caterer and any other final vendor you want me to be there for
  • Floor Plans using dedicated software
  • Assist with finalizing event and reception site décor
  • Assisting with choosing a theme, color, and style
  • 1-hour Ceremony Rehearsal Coordination onsite to assure all roles and movement of the ceremony are as desired
  • Setting up all client’s personal items( I.e ceremony programs, place cards, table numbers, favors, centerpieces, champagne flute, cake cutting knives, gift table, welcome table- decor provided by client)
  • Final Details Meeting – We’ll meet with you approximately 6-weeks before the wedding to review details, important people, the flow of the weekend, etc… At this point, we will begin putting together your final timeline and will take over the details of the big day
  • Assistant Day Of Coordination
  • Detailed Wedding Timeline – We will create an overview of every detail of your big day to include a timeline of the entire event day. Once approved we will distribute it to your vendors.
  • Breakdown decor- We will pack up your personal items. We are not responsible for cleaning up the venue or catering items- We do offer to clean up services at an additional charge W
  • Full Use of Wedding Day Emergency Kit – You never know what you may need so we have it all! Safety pins, super glue, medicine, etc…
  • Handing all vendor gratuities and payments as needed
  • Ensure that the wedding gifts are loaded into the designated driver’s vehicle, also client will provide a point person for personal belongings

Additional Cost

  • If you don’t have a full services catering company and you need table place settings we would be happy to include this at an additional cost!
  • If your final guest is greater than 150 guests, I require an additional assistant for the day(from the time w set up until the end of the breakdown
