I have been a planner for as long as I can remember. As a child, I created detailed itineraries for family vacations, reunions, and birthday parties. As I grew older, friends and neighbors began requesting my assistance with their own events. I have over 22 years in the hospitality industry. I have worked for the A Florist, Hilton, Marriott, and Radisson Hotels to name a few.
It was not until I began planning my own wedding that I realized my obsession with all things wedding-related. I enjoyed negotiating with venues and vendors to obtain the best prices for my husband and me. I delighted in researching every little detail and moment of the wedding and then preparing a timeline and master plan to bring it all together. I love helping make your dreams come true!
In sharing my interest in weddings with recently engaged couples, I realized that many of them were unsure or overwhelmed by the wedding planning process. It was at that point that I realized I had a skill – one that I had been developing for many years – and I began helping to plan weddings and special events as a hobby. I decided to turn my indescribable joy and passion for wedding and event planning into a full-time career… and Precious Moments Events was born!
Helping couples plan their weddings is something that I find extremely exciting and rewarding, and I work tirelessly to ensure that level of energy and enthusiasm is reflected in every event that I have the privilege of orchestrating. I started my career out as an executive chef and was there for 10 years. I understand not only the back of the house but the front of the house also. Which is key when executing wedding and events. I then moved on to being a designer and craftsman, I have over 20 years’ experience in designing.

I love assisting with the floor plan to ensure that everything will fit perfectly. In addition, I have a passion for building wedding and event furniture. Hi there! I’m passionate about and committed to helping people. In and out of my professional life, I always am planning fun and memorable events for people around me. That could be anything from designing an event to planning and I’m even an officiant.
I am originally from Brooklyn, New York, and bi-lingual. I come from a large family with 10 brothers and sisters. I have a passion for helping make each of our events flawless. I’m very outgoing. I love meeting new people and fulfilling a client’s vision for their big day. In my free time, I like to hang out with family and have a beach day!
Hi I’m Hope! I’m a Tampa native and a big Florida State Seminoles fan, as that is where I got my degree in hospitality management. I took my first internship as a Banquet Events Intern at The Biltmore Estate in Asheville, NC. I spent a few years working in hotels in Charlotte, NC, before following my dreams to New York City. There, I worked at The Westin on 42nd street doing corporate events, but then took a job with Union Square Hospitality (Danny Meyers) to pursue weddings and social events. I managed weddings and events on the rooftop terrace of The Gramercy Park Hotel, which then closed during the pandemic (RIP). After recently opening a hotel + wedding venue in Upstate NY, I finally got to plan my own wedding to my now husband, Markus. In February of 2022, we welcomed our son Wolfgang (Wolfie), and decided it was time to move back down south. NYC will always feel like home, but it’s great to be back in the southern hospitality business. I have a passion for planning and executing weddings and I’m so excited to use my experience to work alongside the rest of the team at Precious Memories Events!
Colleen loves all things creative. When her 6 children were small, she operated a hair-bow business, along with a cake and party business. Colleen spent 10 years as costume mistress for a local dance studio and Prop Curator for the town’s Nutcracker production. She enjoys making sure every last detail is perfect and beautiful for special events.
Originally from New Jersey, but moved to Florida a year ago and I am absolutely loving it! I have been in the hospitality industry for over 20 years doing Sales and Events for resorts and hotels throughout the East Coast. During my time off, my husband and I enjoy watching our Philadelphia sports teams, spending time at the beach and spoiling our dog Winston and cat Buddy.
Eva has been a floral and event designer for over 20 years. Her style is contemporary with a
sensibility that is both fanciful and elegant. She believes that design projects are collaborations
between herself and her clients, meaning that their inspirations and desires become realized
through her work. The results are personalized floral designs that emanate beauty, from event
installations to a sole bouquet.
In her career, Eva has had the pleasure of working with a variety of clients on a wide range of
occasions, such as private parties, weddings, ballroom dance competitions, and charity balls.
In the Sarasota area, Eva has been engaged to design florals for weddings and events at the
Ringling Museum, Selby Gardens, Ca d’Zan, the Powel Crosley Estate, Ritz-Carlton Sarasota,
Art Ovation Hotel, Zota Beach Resort, and more.
