From crafting detailed itineraries for family vacations to orchestrating unforgettable reunions and birthday parties, event planning has been my passion for as long as I can remember. Over the course of my 22-year career in the hospitality industry, I’ve had the privilege of working with esteemed establishments such as A Florist, Hilton, Marriott, and Radisson Hotels, refining my expertise and attention to detail.

However, it was when I embarked on planning my own wedding that my affinity for all things wedding-related truly flourished. From negotiating with venues and vendors to meticulously researching every aspect of the big day, I found immense joy in bringing my vision to life. This newfound passion inspired me to share my expertise with others, realizing that many couples were unsure or overwhelmed by the wedding planning process.

Thus, I made the decision to turn my lifelong passion into a full-time career, and Precious Moments Events was born. For me, there’s nothing more fulfilling than guiding couples through the journey of planning their dream weddings or special events. This upbringing instilled in me a profound commitment to ensuring that each event I’m involved in is nothing short of flawless.

As an event designer, planner, and even an officiant, I thrive on the excitement of bringing my clients’ visions to life. With an outgoing nature and a genuine love for meeting new people, I find immense fulfillment in connecting with clients and helping them realize their dreams for their special day.

Hi there! My name is Kiersten, I am a professional event and wedding planner who has been in the hospitality industry for over twenty years. I’m originally from Chicago when I graduated from Culinary School and completed my bachelor’s degree. My diverse background from being a chef to managing catering events, venue management as well as wedding coordinator and event planner.

In 2022 my fiancé and I got engaged and moved to Florida, started a Photo Booth company here and bought a house early last year. We are living our dream and loving our Florida home! 

I’m passionate about helping couples  have the wedding of their dreams. I’ve planned and coordinated over 100 couples special day and love what I do! It is truly amazing to be a part of this special moment and love seeing it all come together is so rewarding.

While I’ve spent around five years in the airline industry, alongside other enriching experiences, my heart has always gravitated towards the enchanting realm of weddings.

There’s something truly magical and fulfilling about turning a couple’s dreams into reality on their special day. It’s a privilege I cherish deeply. Despite pouring my passion into my work, I always carve out time for myself, my fiancé, our two furry companions, and, of course, my beloved family.

Greetings! I’m Audrey Fay, originally from Los Angeles but now happily settled in Sarasota since August 2023, drawn by the allure of its warm beaches. My journey has taken me through vibrant cities like New York, Portland, and Denver, each leaving its mark on my eclectic background in the arts spanning over six enriching years.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of contributing to the curation of events, festivals, and performances with esteemed organizations such as the Lois Lambert Gallery, RAW Natural Born Artists, The Broad Museum, Griffith Observatory, Denver Art Museum, Colorado Ballet, and the Denver Center for the Performing Arts. Additionally, I’ve ventured into the bridal industry, assisting families in selecting exquisite gowns and creating enduring memories for their special day.

My passion lies in crafting beautiful moments that foster connection within my community. As a cancer survivor, my perspective on life has been profoundly shaped, inspiring me to celebrate life and love in all its forms. When I’m not orchestrating unforgettable events or embarking on cross-country adventures, you’ll find me unwinding at a dog park or the dog beach in Venice with my husband and our beloved Mini Bernedoodle, LadyBird.

I’m Dominique, a true Floridian at heart, having moved from New York to Fort Myers at a young age. As a proud UCF Knight with a background in Finance, I’ve spent the past six years immersed in the world of banking. When I’m not crunching numbers, you’ll likely find me indulging in my passion for travel—I’ve had the privilege of exploring 15 countries so far, with hopes of adding many more to my list.

On top of my adventures abroad, I recently embarked on another exciting journey: engagement! My fiancé is not just my partner in life, but also my fellow adventurer, making every moment together truly special.

Throughout her career, Eva has had the pleasure of working with a diverse clientele on a wide array of occasions, spanning from intimate private parties to extravagant weddings, from exhilarating ballroom dance competitions to glamorous charity balls. In the vibrant Sarasota area, Eva has lent her talents to designing weddings and events at prestigious venues such as the Ringling Museum, Selby Gardens, Ca d’Zan, the Powel Crosley Estate, Ritz-Carlton Sarasota, Art Ovation Hotel, Zota Beach Resort, and many more.
